Liturgy
Here at St. Paul's, we have special masses at different times of the year.
Leaders' Mass
When they return from their week's residential Trip, our Yr. 6 children receive their Leader' Tie in a special celebration in church, where they are given a blessing by the priest. Their parents and the whole school join them for this occasion.
Feast of St. Peter and St. Paul
We have an Outdoor Mass joined by parishioners and parents on the feast day of our Patron. Our Yr. 3 children receive their own bibles and the event concludes with a picnic.
Corpus Christi Procession
Children who have made their First Holy Communion join us for this wonderful occasion at Douai Abbey.
Good Shepherd Mass
In May each year, a small group of children join pupils from school accross the diocese at the Cathedral in Portsmouth.
Leavers Mass
At the end of the school year, we hold a special mass in church to say goodbye to our Yr. 6 children as yhey move on to secondary schools. We are joined by parents and parishioners at this special mass.
