About Us

A welcome from our Headteacher, Mr. M Robinson

Welcome to St Paul's Catholic Primary School! I am delighted that you are visiting our website and considering becoming part of our wonderful school community.

My name is Mr Robinson, and I have the privilege of serving as Headteacher at St Paul's. I bring twelve years of experience in Catholic education, including six years as Deputy Headteacher at St Joseph's Catholic Primary School in Newbury. Throughout my career, I have been passionate about Catholic education because it provides us with a unique opportunity to help children know Jesus more and make Him known to others.

At St Paul's, we are truly "united through Jesus in faith, love and learning." This mission statement isn't just words on our website – it's the beating heart of everything we do. Our vision is simple yet profound: we want every child to achieve their fullest potential. When we combine high expectations with the love and guidance of Christ, remarkable things happen. Every child in our care deserves to flourish academically, spiritually, and personally.

I have deep roots in this local community, having grown up in Tilehurst and been part of the parish of St Joseph's for over 30 years. As a children's liturgy leader for the past three years, I have developed a deep understanding of how we can make faith accessible and meaningful to young people. This experience, combined with my educational background, has prepared me well for the privilege of leading St Paul's.

Whether you are a current family or considering joining our school community, I want you to know that St Paul's is a place where every child is valued, supported, and encouraged to reach for the stars. We believe that with Christ at the centre of our learning, there are no limits to what our children can achieve.

If you would like to learn more about our school or arrange a visit, please don't hesitate to contact us. I look forward to welcoming you and your family to St Paul's, where every child can grow in faith, love, and learning.

God bless,

Mr Robinson
