Primary School

Choir @ St. Paul's

Our school choir meets weekly and is made up of children from Years 3, 4, 5 and 6. Led by Mrs. Stagg, they have taken part in a range of activities in the last year.

Hexagon - 6th November 2023

The choir's first performance this year was at the Junior Music Festival, hosted by Berkshire Music Trust at the Hexagon in Reading. With around 400 other school children, they sung a variety of songs around the theme of 'Rainforest Rumble' including "Bare Necessities", "Africa" and "Earth Song".

Remembrance - 10th November 2023

For Remembrance Day, the choir performed in the local village as part of the 'Turn Tilehurst Red' campaign, which raises money for the British Legion.

SVP Christmas Party - 9th December 2023

The choir donned their festive outfits and sung a variety of Christmas carols at a local church hall for the SVP Senior Citizens Christmas Party. The St Vincent de Paul society asked the choir to perform for their guests after dinner, which was very well-received.
